Mornings at Mona Golosa Farm
A working cacao farm tucked into the rainforest hills above Playa Hermosa, about 35 minutes from the property. Walk the plantation, learn the bean-to-bar process from seed to finished chocolate, and leave with a bag of the best artisanal chocolate you've ever tasted. Spider monkeys optional, but likely.
